In a powerful show of unity and resolve, an all-party Indian parliamentary delegation visited the United Kingdom to send a strong and clear message to the global community: India does not need any foreign mediation to combat terrorism.

Led by senior BJP leader and former Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, the delegation engaged with the Indian diaspora at India House in London, emphasizing India’s policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism and calling out Pakistan for promoting cross-border violence.

🇵🇰 “Pakistan Begs for Aid But Spreads Terror”: MP Ghulam Ali Khatana

Addressing a packed gathering, BJP MP Ghulam Ali Khatana didn’t hold back. He accused Pakistan of double standards—“begging on one side and sponsoring terrorism on the other.”

“We’ve come to Europe to declare loud and clear that India knows how to deal with terrorism. We don’t need anyone to mediate on our behalf. We’ll fight on the battlefield, diplomatically, and even on social media,” said Khatana.

He added that since the abrogation of Article 370, Jammu & Kashmir has seen a surge in democratic participation, infrastructure development, tourism, and women’s rights—factors that have apparently “unsettled” Pakistan.

“We give them 80% of the water from our rivers, and in return, we get terrorism, drugs, and infiltration. Still, Pakistan tries to play the victim card. But that narrative is no longer fooling the world,” he added.

🔥 “Pakistan Is Run by Generals, Not Democracy”: Ravi Shankar Prasad

Speaking to the audience, Ravi Shankar Prasad said Pakistan no longer qualifies as a democracy.

“Pakistan was founded by Muhammad Ali Jinnah, but today it has become a military-run country. Despite military failures, generals like Asim Munir are being promoted to Field Marshal. This shows how little democratic values matter there,” he said.

He stressed that India’s growing influence in global diplomacy and its firm internal policies are reshaping narratives around terrorism and Kashmir.

🕊️ “This Is Ethnic Cleansing, Not Just Terrorism”: MJ Akbar

Former Minister and senior journalist MJ Akbar described the recent terrorist attacks in Pahalgam and other parts of Kashmir as acts of fascist terror and ethnic cleansing.

“This isn’t ordinary violence. It echoes the fascism Europe once witnessed under Hitler. If Europe doesn’t recognize this pattern, who will? Pakistan wasn’t born from a peaceful movement. It emerged from the Great Calcutta Killings of 1946, and its legacy of violence has continued ever since,” said Akbar.

He urged the diaspora to educate global communities about this violent ideology and to be vocal against Pakistan’s persistent sponsorship of terrorism.

🇮🇳 “India Stands United for Peace and Progress”: Daggubati Purandeswari

Wrapping up the event, BJP MP Daggubati Purandeswari emphasized India’s peaceful rise and commitment to development.

“India has never attacked another nation. Our real fight has always been against poverty, unemployment, and inequality. But when our people are brutally killed, like in the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, we will respond firmly and collectively,” she said.

She also highlighted the strength of India’s democracy by pointing out that the delegation included members from multiple political parties, all standing united for the nation’s interests.

📝 Final Word

The visit of this all-party Indian delegation to the UK marks a significant moment in India’s diplomatic engagement against terrorism. Their message was loud and clear—India will protect its people, uphold its democracy, and defeat terrorism on every front—military, diplomatic, and social.

As tensions continue to brew across borders, this strong stand by Indian leaders on foreign soil sends a message not just to adversaries but also to the global community: India does not need intermediaries. India needs action—and it’s ready to take it.
